1. No Returns & No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase is made.

2. Handmade Variations: As our sarees are handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery, color, or fabric are natural and add to the uniqueness of each piece. These are not considered defects.

3. Damages & Defects: We carefully inspect each saree before shipping. In case of any genuine defect or damage during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assess the issue.

4. Color Disclaimer: The actual color of the saree may slightly vary due to lighting and screen resolution differences. This will not be considered a reason for return or refund.

5. Custom Orders: Custom-made sarees cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
